★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz meu curso de maquiagem profissional e amei, a prof é dedicada, paciente, dá umas dicas muito legais, o ambiente também é bem equipado, tem penteadeiras, luz e maquiagens a disposição! Tem sorteios para os alunos, é um ambiente muito receptivo.
I took my professional makeup course and I loved it, the professor is dedicated, patient, gives some really cool tips, the environment is also well equipped, there are dressing tables, lighting and makeup available! There are raffles for students, it is a very receptive environment.

NÃO INDICARIA PRA NINGUÉM ,pois ninguém gostaria de estar em um lugar que não é bem recebido,isso não foi só no meu caso pois quando voltei vi uma aluna nova perdida lá também, eles não veem que isso causa um desconforto um mal estar no aluno .Assim que você chega no prédio da de cara com a recepção do prédio vazia sem ninguém ,porém tem placas informativas dizendo que o Instituto e no primeiro andar ,vc sobe a escada e da de cara com o corredor e assim que vc entra nesse corredor, aí que vc vai vê a recepção deles, mais não se iludam que boas vindas e só no whats ,pessoalmente não te oferecem uma água ,quando eu cheguei lá só me perguntaram o curso é me levaram para sala sem ao menos me apresenta a escola, essa aula que tive foi a de gestão pela qual me falaram ser gratuita por eu ter fechado contrato do curso de confeitaria e panificação, o curso de gestão tinha que ser presencial na escola mais com uso de fone de ouvido e com auxilio se caso precisase, mais as aulas são ead que dá pra faze no portal do aluno ,mais cada um fala uma coisa lá sendo assim não te passa uma confiança E DETALHE EU TIVE UMA AULA DE GESTÃO pela qual eu não me senti avontade por conta da recepção que eu tive e QUANDO PEDI REEMBOLSO DA MATRICULA DO CURSO DE CONFEITARIA/ PANIFICAÇÃO que eu nem cheguei a faze A CORDENADORA RESPONSÁVEL DO INSTITUTO ME MANDO PELO WHATS DIZENDO que iria sim me reembolsar o valor , mais que POR LEI PODERIA ESTAR DESCONTANDO DESPESAS ADMINISTRATIVAS E ESSA UMA AULA DE GESTÃO QUE EU TIVE (que por sinal eles dizem ser GRATUITA) Ela me afirmo que A LEI GARANTE ISSO A ELES então *ATENÇÃO* PENSEM BEM ANTES DE FECHAR O CONTRATO pelo whats pra não terem essa dor de cabeça.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE, because no one would like to be in a place that is not well received, this was not just in my case because when I came back I saw a new student lost there too, they don't see that this causes discomfort or discomfort for the student As soon as you arrive at the building, you find the reception of the building empty with no one, but there are informational signs saying that the Institute is on the first floor, you go up the stairs and face the corridor and as soon as you enter this corridor , then you will see their reception, but don't be fooled that they welcome you and only on whats, personally they don't offer you a water, when I got there they just asked me the course and they took me to the classroom without even introducing me to the school , this class I took was the management class for which I was told it was free because I had signed a contract for the confectionery and bakery course, the management course had to be in person at school, but with the use of headphones and with assistance if necessary , plus the classes are ead that gives p You can do it on the student portal, but each one says something there, so you don't have confidence AND DETAILS I HAD A MANAGEMENT CLASS for which I didn't feel comfortable because of the reception I had and WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND OF THE ENROLLMENT OF THE CONFECTIONERY / BAKERY COURSE that I didn't even get to do THE INSTITUTE'S RESPONSIBLE COORDINATOR SEND ME THROUGH WHATS SAYING THAT THEY WOULD REFUND ME THE VALUE, MORE THAN BY LAW IT COULD BE DISCOUNTING ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES AND THIS IS A MANAGEMENT CLASS THAT I HAD sign they say it's FREE) She tells me that THE LAW GUARANTEES THAT TO THEM so *ATTENTION* THINK WELL BEFORE CLOSING THE CONTRACT by whats so they don't have this headache.
