Fazem o indeferimento da marca, sem qualquer critério ou analise, também situados em um estado corrupto e quebrado, não esperava menos. Estou numa batalha com eles desde 2016.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui tentar registrar minha marca nesse órgão, e tive a resposta que eles só registram objetos,não criações. Depois vi que era mentira e má vontade! Fui de longe,num sol,cansada,pra nada .
Patente e marcas que eu saiba tbm aceitam criações. Dava pra ver que eles queriam é que fossemos embora pra ficarem a toa lá como estavam

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço de registro eu não sei se é bom, conheci pessoas comprometidas dentro do órgão, mas o site é o pior da face da terra. Muitas vezes fica fora do ar, a busca é ridícula de ruim, vc tem que logar novamente depois de um tempo, tem que voltar ao início à toa. Um desserviço. O telefone então, esquece.
The registration service, I don't know if it's good, I've met committed people within the agency, but the site is the worst on the face of the earth. It is often down, the search is ridiculously bad, you have to log in again after a while, you have to go back to the beginning for nothing. A disservice. The phone then forgets.
