â â â â â No dia 20/03 (quarta feira) estive nessa agĂȘncia e fui muito bem atendida pelo funcionĂĄrio Ăngelo, nĂŁo sĂł ele como os demais tranquilos, educados, etc estĂŁo de parabĂ©ns. Uma espera de 1h 40 min, mas valeu muito a pena. Ganhei o dia.
On March 20 (Wednesday) I was at this agency and was very well attended by the official Angelo, not only him but the rest calm, educated, etc. are to be congratulated. A wait of 1h 40 mins, but well worth it. I won the day.

As funcionĂĄrias da recepção sĂŁo totalmente despreparadas e desinteressadas ( retratam perfeitamente a figura do pĂ©ssimo servidor pĂșblico). PorĂ©m o funcionĂĄrio Ăngelo Ă© um ponto fora da curva. Fui atendido por ele podendo observar as seguintes caracterĂsticas pessoais: Prestativo, Conhecedor da legislação (tira todas as suas dĂșvidas ), sempre buscando resolver o problema de quem busca informaçÔes. Depois de 2 horas e meia de espera, consegui o extrato previdĂȘnciario da minha filha.
