 Like everything about government you can never use it when you need it. The phone rings until it drops, and not one of those bums who work for us doesn't even respond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei uma hora na fila pra pegar somente a senha pra aguardar ser chamada. Precisa colocar mais um funcionário pra distribuir as senhas pois senão demora muito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa nota é pelo fundamental serviço que esse órgão presta , em todas as agências do país, ao trabalhador brasileiro, principalmente aos menos favorecidos, acidentados e doentes. Um ou outro funcionário mal preparado ou que nos atenda num dia ruim, podemos relevar se pensarmos no todo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, precisam melhorar o atendimento, desde a triagem, até o perito médico. Não me sinto representada por esse órgão público, sendo que infelizmente é descontado do nosso salário, pois não temos opção, e quando precisa, não somos atendidos.
Terrible, they need to improve care, from triage to the medical expert. I do not feel represented by this public body, and unfortunately it is deducted from our salary, as we have no option, and when we need it, we are not served.
