Terrible! Disrespect to people, with appointments, they don't let weak people in, they have to stay out in the hot sun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita demora no atendimento, perita provoca paciência do paciente, não pega todos laudos, receitas, exames, etc... 99% a mudar... Entrei mal e sai pior. Nao me senti bem vom a porta fechada na entrevista da perita, nao gostei das perguntas com respostas obvias e algumas até confusa. O app diz q fui reprovado na pericia, mas nao tenho certeza pq ta dando divergência. Num locar da reprovado, noutro o benefício continua ativo. Tenho benefício ha tres anos judicialmente e fui demitido a 2 anos, como inss vai me restabelecer no mercado de trabalho se ainda tenho dificuldade em sair sozinho muito longe da minha casa sem ter uma crise

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, arrogantes, não resolvem nada, só atrapalha. Os processos do INSS já são demorados, e caiu lá pra resolver enrola mais ainda. Humanidade passa longe de lá. É o pior ponto do INSS.
Poor service, arrogant, they do not solve anything, it only gets in the way. The INSS processes are already taking a long time, and it got there to solve it even more. Humanity passes far from there. It is the worst point of the INSS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ além de nao ter me atendido no local .pediram para ligar por telefone para falar com atendente eles não atende esse telefone ao de jeito nenhum tentei tbm no 135 e nada isso ja faz duas semanas. não sei o que fazer mais para falar com eles.
in addition to not having attended me on the spot. They asked me to call by phone to speak with the attendant they do not answer this phone, no way I tried tbm in 135 and nothing has done this for two weeks. I don't know what else to do to talk to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe acaba de chegar de um atendimento, em prantos porque foi humilhada pela médica que atendeu, pela segunda vez. Foi tratada muito mal, simplesmente porque minha mãe não sabe ler. Não sabia que esse era o papel do medico??? Estou tentando ligar e não consigo. Isso é desumano
