Dou uma estrelinha porque não consegui minha aposentadoria e meu auxílio doença por aqui! Mas Deus sabe todas as coisas! Está nas mãos de Deus! O que ele quiser eu aceito sem pestanejar! Deus está no controle de tudo!
I didn't get my benefit! With 4 serious medical psychiatric reports! Serious problems! But the service was reasonable! I give a little star because I did not get my retirement and my sickness benefit here! But God knows all things! It is in God's hands! Whatever he wants I accept without blinking! God is in control of everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei entrada em meu seguro por acidente e segui todos os protocolos de atendente. Já fazem quase 3 meses e nada da conclusão do meu auxílio. Sem contar que precisei fazer a perícia a mais de 120 km de distância de meu domicílio.
I filed my insurance by accident and followed all attendant protocols. It's been almost 3 months and nothing since completion of my aid. Not to mention that I had to take the survey more than 120 km away from my home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, você chega antes para ser atendido, tem 4 funcionários de papo fazendo nada, sem ninguém sendo atendido e eles fazem você esperar 40 minutos na chuva até te chamarem, deve ser a "Síndrome do Pequeno Poder", e esses são os mesmos que querem aumento salarial, deveriam ter é vergonha.
Terrible service, you arrive earlier to be served, there are 4 chat employees doing nothing, with no one being served and they make you wait 40 minutes in the rain until they call you, it must be the "Small Power Syndrome", and these are the same who want a salary increase, they should be ashamed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não consigo falar com ninguém nesse órgão público , meu pai paga a 30 anos INSS pra quando precisar ninguém atende , o telefone que passaram só chama , descaso total esse órgão ! Não tem ninguém trabalhando em home office ? Estou querendo agendar perícia e não para fazer excursão não !!

I can't talk to anyone in this public agency, my father pays 30 years INSS for when he needs it, no one answers, the phone they passed just calls, total neglect of this agency! Is there no one working from home office? I'm wanting to schedule expertise and not to do an excursion!!
