★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To ligando há horas ninguém me atende, quando finalmente atender as 17:20 da tarde sendo que aqui está escrito que fecha às 18, uma atendente super mau educada me atendeu e ja foi praticamente me cortando e falando, a"já encerrou, liga amanhã" em tom grosseiro e nada cordial, questionada que a clínica tinha a obrigação de confirmar a consulta comigo continuo sendo grossa e inflexível. Informei a ela que o comportamento era falta de educação e que estava estragando a imagem da clínica ao que a mesma fez pouco caso. Despreparo tremendo pra atender qualquer pessoa. Nessa clínica não piso NUNCA MAIS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei a minha primeira consulta para hoje 11/02/21 às 09h00 no instituto Paulistano. Chagando na rua R. Martiniano de Carvalho, não achei a numeração 959, liguei pra eles: primeiro disseram que não havia agendado para esta data, que eu estava errada. Depois de persistir acharam os meus dados mas que a medica havia cancelado as consultas, isso 30min antes da consulta no qual eu já estava a caminho. Ainda ficaram bravos que estava ligando pela segunda vez pois eles estão ocupados ligando para os pacientes cancelando a agenda. Se você sofre de ansiedade como eu, não procure esse instituto, vai ficar mais confuso e ansioso.
I scheduled my first appointment for 11/02/21 today at 9:00 am at the Paulistano Institute. Arriving at Rua R. Martiniano de Carvalho, I did not find the number 959, I called them: first they said that I had not scheduled for this date, that I was wrong. After persisting they found my data but the doctor had canceled the appointments, this 30min before the appointment in which I was already on the way. They were still angry that he was calling a second time because they are busy calling patients canceling the schedule. If you suffer from anxiety like me, do not look for this institute, you will be more confused and anxious.

O atendimento médico é realizado das 8h00 as 10h00 por ordem de chegada, porém a consulta não é demorada. O médico psiquiatra-homeopata, Dr. Sérgio, transmite muita segurança em seu atendimento, demonstrando muita experiência, realizando perguntas pontuais mas muito precisas para o diagnóstico, sem, contudo, deixar de fornecer um atendimento humanizado, preocupado com a qualidade de vida do paciente.
