★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma grande escola localizada na rua 13 de maio, bem no centro da nossa cidade. Possui muitos alunos que estudam do maternal ao infantil. O instituto fez uma parceria com a UNIFRAN (Universidade de Franca) e juntas oferecem vários cursos de graduação e pós-graduação, de modo que têm muitos alunos de Santos Dumont e das cidades vizinhas. Além disso, o instituto tem nas suas dependências uma piscina aquecida onde são ministradas aulas de natação e hidroginástica para todas as idades. Eu fui aluno da graduação e da hidroginástica lá. Não tenho nada a reclamar da hidroginástica, a professora é muito atenciosa e educada. Só tenho uma sugestão a fazer: eu fui aluno do curso de graduação em Serviço Social e no final do curso houve um atraso sem nenhuma justificativa dos documentos de conclusão de curso. Fiz várias solicitações junto ao Instituto Promove (polo), por ser o único ponto de apoio e comunicação com a Universidade de Franca. Tive um desgaste desnecessário e ficou um jogo de empurra de um para o outro e custei a receber o meu certificado. Eu achava que o polo deveria ter mais atenção as demandas dos alunos e melhorar essa interação com a Universidade de Franca para realmente ajudar os alunos.
It is a large school located on 13 de Maio street, right in the center of our city. It has many students who study from kindergarten to infant. The institute has partnered with UNIFRAN (University of Franca) and together they offer several undergraduate and graduate courses, so they have many students from Santos Dumont and neighboring cities. In addition, the institute has on its premises a heated swimming pool where swimming and water aerobics classes are given for all ages. I was an undergraduate and a hydrogymnastics student there. I have nothing to complain about water aerobics, the teacher is very attentive and polite. I just have one suggestion to make: I was a student in the undergraduate course in Social Work and at the end of the course there was a delay without any justification for the course completion documents. I made several requests with Instituto Promove (pole), as it is the only point of support and communication with the University of Franca. I had unnecessary wear and tear and it was a game of pushing from one to the other and it cost me to receive my certificate. I thought the pole should pay more attention to the demands of students and improve this interaction with the University of Franca to really help students.
