★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei com a manicure Cibeli no dia 03/08 as 16:30 e quando cheguei no estabelecimento não havia nenhum agendamento e muito menos a profissional, falta de respeito, não conseguiram falar com ela por nenhum meio de comunicação. Nenhum profissionalismo, fiquei muito chateada... pensei que iriam me dar uma justificativa pelo menos, mas nada, ninguém me ligou...
I scheduled with the Cibeli Manicurist on 08/03 at 4:30 pm and when I arrived at the establishment there was no appointment, much less the professional, lack of respect, they couldn't talk to her through any means of communication. No professionalism, I was very upset... I thought they would give me an excuse at least, but nothing, no one called me...
