★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Compareci a esse estabelecimento no dia 17/06/2021 para o serviço de manicure, a manicure Jennifer foi muito boa em seu serviço. Mas a pessoa que se apresenta como proprietária do salão é uma péssima chefe (digo apenas "chefe" pois líder é aquele que elogia em público e corrige em particular), presenciei cenas tristes de extremo assédio moral da proprietária contra uma das manicures, com exposição e constrangimento esdrúxulo. A proprietária fala alto no celular como se todos quisessem saber de seus conflitos pessoais, a decoração é confusa, misturada com itens de boteco. E mesmo se fosse um salão de alto padrão, absolutamente nada justifica a falta de humanidade de uma pessoa para com o seu próximo. Espero que a proprietária faça uma auto análise de seus atos e reveja seus conceitos sobre chefia e liderança, está faltando respeito e gestão. Não compactuo com estabelecimento que maltrata seus empregados praticando assédio moral e por esse motivo não volto e não recomendo. Nota 0,00.
Terrible. I went to this establishment on 06/17/2021 for the manicure service, the manicure Jennifer was very good at her service. But the person who introduces himself as the owner of the salon is a terrible boss (I just say "boss" because a leader is the one who praises in public and corrects in private), I witnessed sad scenes of extreme bullying by the owner against one of the manicures, with exposure and weird embarrassment. The owner speaks loudly on her cell phone as if everyone wants to know about her personal conflicts, the decor is confusing, mixed with bar items. And even if it were a high-end salon, absolutely nothing justifies a person's lack of humanity towards his fellow man. I hope the owner makes a self analysis of her actions and revises her concepts about leadership and leadership, respect and management is lacking. I do not agree with an establishment that mistreats its employees by practicing moral harassment and for this reason I do not return and do not recommend it. Grade 0.00.
