Academia obriga a realizar avaliação no valor de 80$ + 100$ da mensalidade ao perguntar se tem instrutor em todos os horários para auxiliar, informa que tem 3 instrutores por horário. Quando cheguei na academia lotada com 3 personal, 2 sendo pagos pelos alunos por fora e 1 para orientar mais de 20 alunos. E todos os alunos reclamando achando um absurdo uma academia desse porte, cara, ter apenas 1 personal por horário sendo que os outros estão sendo pagos por alunos. Ao questionar na recepção e pedir reembolso do meu valor pago ficaram de passar ao superior e até hoje nada! Difícil viu.
Disappointed! Academia requires an assessment worth 80$ + 100$ of the monthly fee when asking if they have an instructor at all times to help, informs that they have 3 instructors per schedule. When I arrived at the gym, it was full with 3 staff, 2 being paid by the students from outside and 1 to guide more than 20 students. And all the students complaining, finding it absurd for a gym of this size, man, to have only 1 personal per schedule while the others are being paid by students. When inquiring at reception and asking for a refund of my paid amount, they had to pass it on to the superior and to this day nothing! Hard to see.
