Fui levada pela necessidade, após anos de sedentarismo a saúde nos cobra. Daí fiz questão de pesquisar muito antes de tomar a decisão acertada.

Após 4 meses, posso dizer q já vejo muita diferença em minhas atividades diárias.
Se vc quer algo diferente... é aqui mesmo!!! Exercícios diferentes e adequados. Parabéns pelo ótimo trabalho diferenciado. Continuem sempre nesta busca pela excelência, eu acredito q cada um tem suas necessidades e dificuldades específicas!!!
Não dá pra fazer exercícios como numa linha de produção. Cada ser é diferente e responde diferente tbm!!! Eu sou totalmente itm??❤

You can not do exercises like on a production line. Each being is different and responds differently tbm !!! I'm totally itm??❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa academia, instrutores capacitados! Estaciomento na frente, aceitam gympass. equipamentos de qualidade aulas diversas. Pecam muito na questão dos protocolos de COVID! Alunos sem máscara o ambiente não é tão bem ventilado pra quantidade de alunos. Os donos até tentam solicitar aos alunos pra colocarem máscara, porém cada um pensa de uma forma e enquanto 5 usam, 10 não! Por isso o mundo está como está. Uma pena.
