Me interessei em fazer o curso de bioestimuladores em fevereiro desse ano 2020, infelizmente por motivos pessoais não poderia participar do curso, então com mais de um mês de antecedência informei meu impedimento e solicitei o reembolso do curso. Foi mais de um mês aguardando o reembolso, depois de muita insistência com Sr. Marcos, me reembolsaram, entretanto, com valor menor do que paguei. Fiz a contestação com o mesmo Sr. Marcos, o mesmo me bloqueou, achei um absurdo, em junho consegui o contato da Sra. Renata do financeiro do instituto, informei todo o caso, ela se prontificou em resolver, mas para minha surpresa, foi o mesmo descaso é a mesma “solução”, me bloqueou. Tenho muita admiração pela Dra. Teresa Scardua, fiquei muito triste por ser lesada pela sua instituição e descaso dos funcionários. Espero, de coração, que outros alunos não sejam tratados como eu fui.

I was interested in taking the biostimulators course in February of this year 2020, unfortunately for personal reasons I could not participate in the course, so more than a month in advance I informed my impediment and requested a refund of the course. It was more than a month waiting for the refund, after much insistence with Mr. Marcos, they reimbursed me, however, with less than what I paid. I made the challenge with the same Mr. Marcos, he blocked me, I thought it was absurd, in June I got the contact from Ms. Renata of the institute's financial officer, I informed the whole case, she was ready to solve it, but to my surprise, it was the same neglect is the same “solution”, blocked me. I have a lot of admiration for Dr. Teresa Scardua, I was very sad to be injured by her institution and neglect of the employees. I sincerely hope that other students are not treated as I was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, fiquei decepcionada com o Instituto, fechei um pacote com eles, e me informaram que eu poderia retornar depois de 30 dias pois não sou de SP, ao chegar fui novamente cobrada para fazer o mesmo procedimento, na qual eu fiquei insatisfeita com o resultado, a negociacao deveria ser mais clara sobre o procedimento é o retorno, fui em.outra clinica é fiz o retoque e os lábios, infelizmente nem sempre nome é sinônimo de qualidade, afinal nao foi barato ...
