Embora seja um lugar aconchegante com pessoas pacatas e muito empatas com a comunidade, só há calçamento nas vias principais e não há um sistema de escoamento e drenagem da água em momentos de chuva.
Outro ponto a se observar é a falta de transporte público, o ônibus passa a cada uma hora e em finais de semana se torna mais espaçado o período entre um e outro.
