★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tivemos que esperar mais de 3 horas para fazer um exame morfológico. Minha esposa com fome e a barriga do tamanho do mundo. Agora estão cobrando R$ 20 para enviar vídeo do ultrassom, sendo que todos os outros ultrassons que já fizemos em outros locais não cobram, e ainda impossibilitam a gente de filmar o monitor durante o exame. Não recomendo de forma alguma.
 We had to wait more than 3 hours to do a morphological exam. My wife hungry and belly the size of the world. Now they're charging R$ 20 to send ultrasound video, and all the other ultrasounds we've done in other places don't charge, and still make it impossible for us to film the monitor during the exam. I don't recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível, indiferença e negligência é o define minha experiência. Após fazer uma ressonância magnética e um coágulo gigante na cabeça ser revelado não fomos alertados imediatamente da gravidade da situação o que nos levou a continuar em busca de respostas retardando assim procedimentos e condutas que pudessem aliviar nossa angústia e a evolução do quadro do paciente ( meu pai, um sr de 86 anos). Minha indignação não tem limites.
Horrible experience, indifference and neglect defines my experience. After having an MRI scan and a giant clot in the head being revealed, we were not immediately alerted to the seriousness of the situation, which led us to continue searching for answers, thus delaying procedures and behaviors that could alleviate our anguish and the evolution of the patient's condition (my father, an 86-year-old man). My indignation has no limits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se vc não tem internet, computador, leitor de dvd, impressora colorida e se seu médico não tem notebook, não faça exames aqui, pois eles não imprimem as imagens dos resultados
If you don't have internet, computer, dvd player, color printer and if your doctor doesn't have a notebook, don't do exams here, because they don't print the images of the results

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, médico não conversa antes do exame, nem durante e nem após, vc não sabe o está acontecendo, sem atenção nenhuma não se preocupa com seu histórico de exames, só tem beleza o prédio e interesse no seu dinheiro. Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu sobrinho fez e pagou por uma ressonância. Quando recebeu o exame tinha apenas uma folha. Dizendo que eles estão economizando papel! O exame é pago e eles não imprimem. Péssimo lugar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui marcada pelo SUS para fazer um exame de densitometria óssea. Sistema de espera e atendimento com senha. Atendimento impecável, recepção e técnica. Detalhe, dentro do horário agendado. Lugar limpo e organizado.
I was scheduled by SUS to do a bone densitometry exam. Waiting and attendance system with password. Impeccable service, reception and technique. Detail, within the scheduled time. Clean and organized place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atraso de 40 minutos para exame de ultrassom no qual é solicitado ao paciente estar de bexiga cheia. Cheguei alguns minutos antes do horário marcado, paguei os exames de forma particular e esperei 40 min. Desrespeitoso.
Delay of 40 minutes for ultrasound examination in which the patient is asked to have a full bladder. I arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time, paid for the exams privately and waited 40 minutes. Disrespectful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma RM, e estava com muito medo, todos que me atenderam desde a recepção até o final do exame me atenderam muito bem, a enfermeira que me preparou foi muito profissional e atenciosa. O exame foi realizado no horário agendado, só tenho a agradecer pelo cuidado e profissionalismo.
I had an MRI, and I was very scared, everyone who attended to me from the reception to the end of the exam took care of me very well, the nurse who prepared me was very professional and attentive. The exam was carried out at the scheduled time, I just have to thank you for the care and professionalism.
