â â â â â Atendimento ruim, recepcionistas mal educadas ao telefone. Diz que fecha entre 18h e 18h30 (consta 19h no Google...), mas chega lĂĄ Ă s 17h50 pra ver se encontra alguĂ©m... Pior que hospital pĂșblico!
 Bad service, rude receptionists on the phone. He says it closes between 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm (Google says 7:00 pm), but he gets there at 5:50 pm to see if anyone can be found ... Worse than a public hospital!

Poor unprepared orthopedist medical care n did not even have the courage to examine where I was complaining of pain ... They are only there to take the money from the people with a zero score I will never return and I will not recommend it to anyone

Much delay, to be attended! I arrived at 08:00 in the morning and was seen with my son at 12:30 ... Unimed agreement! A lot of patience, a more organized service area should make life much easier for all of us! 02/12/2020

I called at the Clinic last week to speak with one of the Owners to make a complaint regarding Receptionist Claudia, a young lady who attends some time at the clinic, she does not speak politely on the phone, she is thick in person, how many doctors I have complain ....... my note for this receptionist is zerooooooo

â â â â â Hoje estive lĂĄ pra passar em uma consulta que estava marcada pras 13:00 horas e fui ser atendida Ă s 14:30 hrs e ainda estava com minha filha de dois anos que atĂ© dormiu no meu colo,fiquei revoltadaaa e minha reclamação hj Ă© para as recepcionistas que deixam a desejar,em especĂfico uma recepcionista que infelizmente nĂŁo sei o nome, uma moça jovem loira cara fechada que Ă© mal educada e pela falta de profissionalismo,atenção e competĂȘncia dela que passei por isso hj.Enfim achei um descaso,pra finalizar quero deixar uma nota ZEROOO pra essa clĂnica,precisam melhorar o quadro de alguns funcionĂĄrios. #prontofalei
Today I was there to make an appointment that was scheduled for 1 pm and went to be attended at 2:30 pm and was still with my two year old daughter who even slept on my lap, I was revolted and my complaint today is for the receptionists who leave something to be desired, specifically a receptionist who unfortunately does not know the name, a young blonde girl with a closed face who is rude and due to the lack of professionalism, attention and competence that I went through this hj.Enfim found a neglect, to finish I want to leave a ZEROOO note for this clinic, they need to improve the workforce of some employees. #There, i said it
