★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheço a dr.Socorro Bernardes há muito tempo,meu filho quando tinha 6 anos foi acompanhado por ela no colégio onde ele estudava,na época foi tudo para ele e principalmente para mim,como mãe não sabia o que fazer, ele não falava comigo o que estava acontecendo, acredito que se não fosse o acompanhamento que teve, inclusive através do desenho pois ele era criança não sabia como explicar o que estava acontecendo e eu fui descobrindo o que meu filho sentia através dos desenhos que ele trazia do colégio onde estudava,com a ajuda dessa profissional que devo muito, que bom que agora tem sua clínica,que Deus a abençoe, proteja e guarde.Conceição Freire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelo menos as salas que meu filho faz atendimento não são adequadas. Poderiam separar as salas de atendimento adulto e infantil para adequar às necessidades.
At least the rooms my son does are not suitable. They could separate the adult and child care rooms to suit their needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica sem credibilidade e sem respeito aos pacientes minha consulta foi remarcada 3 vezes com a Psicóloga Dayane, e da última vez, me ligaram um dia antes pra confirmar a consulta e quando cheguei lá a médica não foi. Na recepção ninguém soube explicar. Total falta de comunicação, se quer ter um nome conceituado é necessário profissionais ao menos responsáveis.
Clinic without credibility and without respect to patients my appointment was rescheduled 3 times with Psychologist Dayane, and last time, they called me a day before to confirm the appointment and when I got there the doctor was not. At the reception nobody could explain. Total lack of communication, if you want to have a reputable name you need at least responsible professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma clínica com tantos pacientes e cliente mas não possui uma estrutura física de qualidade , poderiam melhorar o espaço físico muita gente um barulho enorme as vezes tá tão cheio que e preciso esperar do lado de fora . poderiam melhorar o espaço fisico ou pelo menos organizar melhorar o ambiente .Pelo menos a matriz tem uma estrutura que deixa a desejar. Apenas uma opinião pra tentar melhorar mais , mas tirando isso possui alguns profissionais muito bons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sério gente q essa clínica é isso tudo! Em Maceió tem tão poucas clínicas que fornece atendimento a pessoas com problemas coagnitivo e comportamental. Muitas mãezinhas chegam nessas clínicas psicologicamente sobrecarregadas, doentes para melhor expressar. Muito funcionários são maltratados por chefia, ou não sabem separar o pessoal do profissional, minha opinião é q deveriam treinar seus funcionários, acho q funcionários mal humorado, estar dizendo que estar doente psicologicamente, acho q não serve para lidar com o público, minha sugestão é que mude esses atendentes para área interna da clínica, enquanto são tratadas. Fato q dar vontade de chorar quando procuramos socorro e não somos acolhidos por um inteiro (clínica/ atendimento/profissional) pois um faz o outro.

Many mommies arrive at these clinics psychologically overwhelmed, sick to express themselves. Many employees are mistreated by their superiors, or they do not know how to separate the personal from the professional, my opinion is that they should train their employees, I think that employees are in a bad mood, saying that being psychologically ill, I think it is not good to deal with the public, my suggestion is to move these attendants to the internal area of the clinic, while they are being treated. A fact that makes us want to cry when we seek help and we are not welcomed by a whole (clinic/service/professional) because one makes the other.
