Why do they divulge phone numbers if they don't answer? Hours of trying and nothing. If I could evaluate negative this was the option I would use. Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completo centro de odontologia. Um grande diferencial é o horário de atendimento que vai até às 22:00 durante a semana e 13:00 no sábado.
Destaque para a rigorosa pontualidade, que em outros locais atrasos de uma a duas horas são frequentes. Importante ressaltar que por isso, é rigorosa a tolerância com os horários.
De maneira geral, são excelentes profissionais que trabalham lá. Todas as vezes fui bem atendido e fiz meus tratamentos sem problema algum.
No passado, tive problemas com algumas dentistas para minha filha que na ocasião não soube lidar com a criança.
O ponto negativo geralmente está relacionado aos agendamentos das consultas.
Outro ponto negativo, é que apesar da limpeza e raio-x serem feitos até às 22:00 e no sábado pela manhã; só existe atendimento com os dentistas durante o horário comercial. Ao meu ver, deixa de ser um diferencial e é semelhante aos demais serviços prestados pelos profissionais do segmento.
O plano Usiodonto é muito bom até você precisar de usar algum serviço.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pago o plano há meses e nunca havia usado, minha filha sentiu dor nos dentes e quando cheguei lá eles haviam cancelado o horário dela, sendo que eu saí de Fabriciano, pegando um trânsito lento e demorado.
Fiquei esperando 2 horas até ter outro atendimento, chegando lá a bombinha de ar da baia estava quebrado e não trocaram minha filha de baia, não disponibilizaram outro dentista e por muita insistência do meu marido a dentista olhou e novamente vou ter que marcar tudo de novo.
Muita burocracia desnecessária.

I waited 2 hours until I had another appointment, when I got there the air pump in the stall was broken and they didn't change my daughter's stall, they didn't provide another dentist and because of my husband's insistence the dentist looked and again I'll have to schedule everything again .
Lots of unnecessary bureaucracy.
