★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi bom, mas agora com essa nova forma de atendimento onde o cliente não pode entrar no estabelecimento está péssima. Extremamente confuso, não confiável e sujeito a erros irreversíveis. Se não mudarem, correm sérios riscos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lugar que não existe atendimento, funcionários te ignoram o tempo todo, computadores lentos tanto de Internet e quanto de memórias, ambiente super desorganizado, sujo. Costumava imprimir documentos mais após a última experiência vou na Copiadora Exata.

Uma demora para passar um orçamento que não leva 5 minutos para ser feito, pelo que vi vários comentários negativos, uma pena, pois sempre tive meu problema solucionado rapidamente. Infelizmente tenho que deixar um comentário negativo.

Daí você não pode nem ver um exemplar de um carimbo pra ver o tamanho dele. Péssimo, perdeu um cliente.
Horrible service. You get there and the guy in front of you tells you to talk on zap, without any sense.
So you can't even see a copy of a stamp to see its size. Terrible, lost a customer.
