★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reconheço que a loja é sortida mas, peca e peca muito em atendimento ao cliente em prestação de serviços nos reparos de portões de garagens.
No prédio onde moro adquirimos dois portões com a JORMA e em 28 de abril, fiz contato telefônico para reparo em um dos portões.
Compareceu um técnico e disse que teria que trocar uma peça e não tinha em estoque e assim que disponível retornaria com o orçamento.
Passado mais de 30 dias sem algum retorno, fizemos o reparo com outra empresa.
Em 10 e 11 de julho, fiz outros contatos para reparo no outro portão e inclusive fui pessoalmente à loja onde deixei meus contatos.
Até a presente data não foi me dado uma resposta mesmo que seja em não ter a capacidade de reparar o portão.
Péssimo atendimento e NÃO recomendo solicitar tais serviços e chego a conclusão sobre prestador de serviços aqui em Teresópolis (Não generalizando mas, a maior parte), é complicado. Parece que nadam em dinheiro. Depois reclamam que não aparece serviço.
Fica a minha indignação.

I recognize that the store is assorted but, sins and sins a lot in customer service in providing services in the repair of garage gates.
In the building where I live we acquired two gates with JORMA and on April 28, I made a telephone call to repair one of the gates.
A technician attended and said he would have to change a part and he didn't have it in stock and as soon as available he would return with the budget.
After more than 30 days without any return, we did the repair with another company.
On July 10 and 11, I made other contacts for repair at the other gate and even went personally to the store where I left my contacts.
Up to the present date I have not been given an answer even if it is not having the ability to repair the gate.
Poor service and I DO NOT recommend requesting such services and I come to the conclusion about a service provider here in Teresópolis (Not generalizing but, for the most part), it is complicated. They seem to be swimming in money. Then they complain that there is no service.
My indignation remains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Três produtos comprados nessa empresa apresentaram defeito, e o último que custou R$380,00 alegaram que não poderiam estornar a venda do cartão de crédito com apenas 7 dias. Causam constrangimento no cliente quando trocam algum produto, empurram "vale" se recusando a devolver o dinheiro e descumprindo o Código de defesa do consumidor. Empresa com preços absurdamente caros. O mesmo produto da mesma marca na empresa Abiatec Soluções eletrônicas tinha diferença de R$50,00 e com atendimento muito melhor.
Three products purchased from this company were defective, and the last one, which cost R $ 380.00, claimed that they could not reverse the sale of the credit card with just 7 days. They embarrass the customer when they exchange a product, they push "vouchers" by refusing to return the money and failing to comply with the Consumer Protection Code. Company with absurdly expensive prices. The same product of the same brand in the company Abiatec Soluções Eletrônica had a difference of R $ 50.00 and with much better service.

Terrible attendance. They don't even want to understand what you need, they find it easier to say "we don't work like that". They certainly don't need customers.
