★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta loja é muito antiga. Há muitos anos atras era ótima. Preços justos. Hoje, é só ilusão. Levei minha tv para eles darem diagnóstico. Ela liga, troca de canal, sai som, mas, não aparece nada na tela. Antes de ir na loja fiz muitas pesquisas, aonde verifiquei que poderia ser led queimado ou placa de led um dos defeitos. Pois bem, eles deram diagnóstico dizendo que era display que teria que ser trocado, cobrando um valor de R$1.590,00. Apos isto resolvi levar em outro lugar minha tv, e advinhem? O defeito é led queimado, e o conserto ficou em R$480 reais. Cobram preços absurdos e dão diagnósticos errados. Na certa eles trocariam o led, dizendo que trocaram display, isto se eu pagasse o valor absurdo que é o preço de uma nova tb quase. Um absurdo!!!
Quanto a resposta que a loja me deu abaixo, irei responder agora. Suposta falta de peça, NÃO JUSTIFICA DIAGNÓSTICO ERRADO!!!! Ademais, led não é display. O diagnóstico dado por vocês , foi defeito no display, quando na verdade era led e placa de led, que já foram trocados em uma outra loja, que por sinal muito honesta, ou seja, display não estava ruim. Custou R$480,00 com garantia, e, minha tv voltou a funcionar perfeitamente.

Mais um ponto é que por telefone vocês me informaram que é loja autorizada AOC, mas, descobri que não são mais. Minha tv é desta marca .
This store is very old. Many years ago it was great. Fair prices. Today, it's just an illusion. I took my tv for them to diagnose. It turns on, changes the channel, sound comes out, but nothing appears on the screen. Before going to the store, I did a lot of research, where I found that it could be a burned out led or a led board, one of the defects. Well, they gave a diagnosis saying that it was a display that would have to be replaced, charging a value of R$1,590.00. After that I decided to take my TV somewhere else, and guess what? The defect is a burned out led, and the repair cost R$480 reais. They charge absurd prices and give wrong diagnoses. Surely they would change the led, saying they changed the display, if I paid the absurd amount that is the price of a new one tb almost. An absurdity!!!
As for the answer the store gave me below, I will respond now. Supposedly missing part, DOES NOT JUSTIFY WRONG DIAGNOSIS!!!! Also, led is not display. The diagnosis given by you, was a defect in the display, when in fact it was led and led board, which have already been exchanged in another store, which by the way very honest, that is, the display was not bad. It cost R$480,00 with warranty, and my tv worked perfectly again.
Learn to work right!!!
One more point is that over the phone you informed me that it is an authorized AOC store, but I found out that they are no longer. My tv is from this brand.
