★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os preços são ok, nada muito diferente de outras redes da região. Mas gostaria de chamar a atenção para a necessidade de melhor treinar os funcionários para melhorar o atendimento. Já havia notado em outras ocasiões a antipatia de algumas operadoras de caixa, do tipo que você dá bom dia/ boa tarde e a pessoa responde com um resmungo ou nem responde. Nunca reclamei, por que poderia ser um caso isolado ou a pessoa poderia simplesmente estar em um mal dia. Porém, notei o mesmo comportamento em outras vezes que fui no estabelecimento, com funcionárias diferentes. Ainda assim, deixei para lá. Entretanto, hoje não deu para ignorar. Fiz uma compra, por volta das 10:00, de cerca de 15 reais e paguei com uma nota de 50 (não tinha uma nota menor). A caixa agiu profissionalmente e pediu para outra funcionária trocar a nota, essa o fez (não sei que cargo ela ocupa), porém, parando próximo a mim, começou a falar com uma terceira funcionária, sobre como as pessoas pagavam com notas grandes compras pequenas, que isso era frequente e os clientes tinham notas menores mas mentiam e preferiam usar a grande e atrapalhar as caixas. Além de ser ridículo o que ela estava dizendo, foi grosseiro, pois ela sabia que eu estava bem perto e a ouvia, ou seja, a intensão dela foi me constranger. Sempre pago com o valor exato da compra quando posso, não foi o caso de hoje. E, de qualquer forma, entendo que um supermercado no centro da cidade, às 10 da manhã, deveria ter como trocar 50 reais (como tinha, na verdade). E se não podia, era só dizer, eu teria deixado a compra e ido a outro estabelecimento. Não há razão para a grosseria da funcionária. Nunca mais volto lá.

I had noticed on other occasions the dislike of some cashiers, the kind that you say good morning / good afternoon and the person responds with a grunt or doesn't even answer. I never complained, because it could be an isolated case or the person could just be on a bad day. However, I noticed the same behavior at other times that I went to the establishment, with different employees. Still, I let it go. However, today it was impossible to ignore. I made a purchase, around 10:00, of about 15 reais and paid with a 50 note (I didn't have a minor note). The cashier acted professionally and asked another employee to change the note, she did (I don't know what position she holds), however, stopping next to me, she started talking to a third employee, about how people paid with big bills and small purchases , that this was frequent and customers had lower grades but lied and preferred to use the big one and disrupt the boxes. Besides being ridiculous what she was saying, it was rude, because she knew I was very close and listened to her, that is, her intention was to embarrass me. I always pay with the exact amount of the purchase when I can, it was not the case today. And, in any case, I understand that a supermarket in the city center, at 10 am, should be able to exchange 50 reais (as it had, in fact). And if I couldn't, just say, I would have left the purchase and gone to another establishment. There is no reason for the employee's rudeness. I'll never go back there.

B. dos Santos, debitou em apenas um, apesar de alerta-la que o procedimento estava errado, fato esse que mostrava o mesmo valor total nos dois cartões na hora da senha. Problemas como este e preços diferente ao pagar são comuns neste mercado. Quanto ao preço, eles culpam o "sistema" mas no meu entender precisa de uma fiscalização. Ex.: Ano passado comprei arroz 'na promoção' por $9.00, em casa ao ver a nota descobri que ele havia me custado $14.99. pra quem não sabe, isso é muito comum no Inter Niterói, fiquem atentos!.. "

O freezer dos doces tem um aspecto muito estranho. Doces com cores e texturas velhas.
Infelizmente os cortes soltos de frango ficam escuros nas geladeiras.
Os produtos da padaria são caros.
O locutor é muito simpático.
As caixas são muito prestativas.
