My experience was great. Very attentive and solved my problem quickly. They are very sincere about the problem, talking about all possible hypotheses regarding the device's unforeseen event. Recommend for any technical problem with appliances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called ahead of time to ask if they are able to fix hardware issues on macs older than 6 years. The receptionist said yes. I brought in the computer and their tech guy stated they can't fix mac hardware issues for computers over 6 years old. Sad I just wasted two hours of my time going there when if the lady at reception had answered my question honestly I would have avoided wasting my time.
