Apesar da demora para o atendimento no WhatsApp demorar eles sempre resolvem as questões com agilidade, estão sempre disponíveis para ajudar, super gentis os atendimentos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendas excelentes, mas não espere muito do pos venda. Atendimento do século passado onde as empresas que ditavam o comportamento do consumidor, tudo nos termos deles. Demora, informações erradas e muito burocrático.
Perdi a tarde esperando pra uma simples troca de roteador e nada!
Excellent sales, but don't expect too much from after sales. Service of the last century where companies that dictated consumer behavior, everything on their terms. Delay, wrong information and very bureaucratic.
I wasted the afternoon waiting for a simple router change and nothing!

Muitos atendentes me prestaram um ótimo serviço e foram gentis ao tratar minhas dúvidas. Acho que é o melhor serviço de Internet que já tive o prazer de utilizar. No início do ano que vem pretendo aumentar meu plano, mas tem aquele sistema de fidelidade de 12 meses, mas parece valer a pena porque atualmente uso 25MB e eles oferecem 200MB. Vou continuar acompanhando, mas tenho muito pouco a me queixar.
I have been a customer for over a year. The service is usually very good. Few flaws, a good quality SAC with clear and reliable information. Many attendants provided me with great service and were kind to address my queries. I think it's the best Internet service I've ever had the pleasure of using. At the beginning of next year I plan to increase my plan, but they have that 12 month loyalty system, but it seems to be worth it because I currently use 25MB and they offer 200MB. I'll keep following up, but I have very little to complain about.

Daí me ofereceram o serviço de fibra ótica, que no grupo do condomínio sempre reclamam também que o serviço é interrompido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era a melhor opção que tinha para o meu endereço. Infelizmente a velocidade quase sempre não chega nem à metade do plano contratado. Reclamo, melhora por uns dois dias e depois volta a ficar ruim novamente.
O atendimento via whatsapp é demorado. Você manda uma mensagem e demoram para iniciar o atendimento. Por conta disso, irei migrar para a concorrente, assim como meus vizinhos estão fazendo.

Service via whatsapp is time consuming. You send a message and they take a long time to start the service. Because of this, I will migrate to the competitor, just like my neighbors are doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente me arrependi, a internet não é boa pra Lives, e quando estou trabalhando em pequenas coisas ou estudando, Vive caindo, sem contar que eles desligam a conexão sem avisar os clientes, já fiquei de 1 a 2 dias sem internet por semana, e isso é frequente, o chat demora 3 horas pra atender, e quando você não responde por 10 min, eles finalizam o chat. I sincerely regretted it, the internet is not good for Lives, and when I'm working on small things or studying, Lives dropping, not to mention they turn off the connection without telling customers, I've been without internet for 1 to 2 days a week, and this is frequent, the chat takes 3 hours to answer, and when you don't answer for 10 min, they end the chat.
