★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando funcionava também como consolidadora era melhor pois os preços eram atrativos porém a compra das passagens aéreas era complicada se voltar a ser consolidadora sugiro que seja revisto a forma de cobrança para os clientes pois outras operadoras e consolidadoras oferecem meios bem mais fáceis e menos burocráticos
When it also worked as a consolidator it was better because the prices were attractive but the purchase of airline tickets was complicated if it becomes a consolidator again, I suggest that the form of collection for customers be reviewed as other operators and consolidators offer much easier and less bureaucratic means
