Percebi que eles possuem um departamento especializado nesse tipo de trabalho o que foi um facilitador. Muito obrigado a toda equipe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em 2020 eu dei entrada no meu processo de cidadania portuguesa, devido a já residir na Europa é algo essencial e que planejei por muito tempo. Foi muito dinheiro investido, tempo para escolher uma empresa para intermediar o processo, então encontrei a ICC e pesquisei, até a data que havia procurado não havia nada negativo sobre a empresa, apenas boas referências. Porém, estou vivendo um pesadelo!
A empresa fornece apenas informações vagas, você nunca tem certeza do que estão fazendo. Tem dois anos que tenho o contrato com eles, até a data atual não tive acesso ao dossiê com a documentação que eles afirmam ter enviado para a conservatória em Portugal, mas que um advogado português que contratei não consegue localizar esse processo em lugar algum.
Além disso, não informam onde foi dado entrada no processo, não fornecem o número do processo. Tem quase seis meses que aguardo um número de protocolo para consultar o processo E NADA!
Tento solicitar o estorno dos pagamentos, porém a empresa sempre aparece com uma desculpa.
Antes o problema era a pandemia, já estamos a mais de um ano com uma Europa estabilizada e tudo funcionando.
Essa empresa está me gerando problemas financeiros, psicólogos e pessoais devido ao atraso da documentação que necessito para continuar em território europeu.
Provavelmente vão me responder, se responder, alegando que estão providenciando tudo, porém ouço essa mesma conversa já tem mais de 8 meses.
Não caiam a conversa dessa empresa, são ótimos para vender então cuidado onde vão investir o dinheiro de vocês, para muitos, como é meu caro, é um dinheiro que foi difícil de conseguir e que era pra comprar um sonho e tranquilidade, consegui apenas raiva, transtornos e prejuízos
In 2020 I started my Portuguese citizenship process, due to already residing in Europe it is something essential and I planned for a long time. It was a lot of money invested, time to choose a company to intermediate the process, so I found ICC and researched, until the date I had looked there was nothing negative about the company, only good references. But I'm living a nightmare!
The company only provides vague information, you are never sure what they are doing. I have had the contract with them for two years, to date I have not had access to the dossier with the documentation that they claim to have sent to the registry office in Portugal, but that a Portuguese lawyer I hired cannot locate this process anywhere.
In addition, they do not inform where the process was entered, nor do they provide the case number. I've been waiting for a protocol number for almost six months to consult the process AND NOTHING!
I try to request a refund of payments, but the company always comes up with an excuse.
Before, the problem was the pandemic, we have already been more than a year with a stabilized Europe and everything working.
This company is causing me financial, psychological and personal problems due to the delay in the documentation that I need to continue in European territory.
They will probably answer me, if they answer, claiming that they are providing everything, but I have heard this same conversation for over 8 months.
Don't drop the conversation of this company, they are great to sell so be careful where you are going to invest your money, for many, as it is my dear, it is money that was difficult to obtain and that was to buy a dream and tranquility, I only got anger , troubles and losses
