★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, a demora para a entrega a falta de compromisso. já estou a mais de 3 meses esperando finalizar um erro que cometeram e nada sempre a mesma resposta não encontramos o acabamento.
I do not recommend, the delay for delivery is lack of commitment. I am already more than 3 months waiting to finish a mistake they made and nothing ever the same answer we did not find the finish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de 02 meses da compra fui informado que o produto não seria produzido. Solicitei o dinheiro de volta e passou mais um mês e não foi devolvido.Como não obtive o dinheiro de volta, tive que pegar outro produto.
After 02 months of purchase I was informed that the product would not be produced. I asked for the money back and another month passed and it was not returned. As I didn't get the money back, I had to get another product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior loja não comprem o que promete.... Esperamos 3 meses para a entrega de um guarda roupa e quando entregaram não foi o mesmo que comprado. Pior atendimento, gerência péssima, não sabem ligar com situações difíceis, não dão atende ao consumidor, não recomendo a simplesmente NINGUÉM a comprar neste local.
Worst store don't buy what it promises .... We waited 3 months for the delivery of a wardrobe and when they delivered it was not the same as bought. Worst service, terrible management, they don't know how to connect with difficult situations, they don't serve the consumer, I don't recommend simply ANYONE to buy in this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um sofá no dia 27/02 e estou até hoje 11/05 sem nem previsão de entrega.
Já tive varias informações divergentes, que o sofá está pronto e não teria transporte pela pandemia (o que não é verdade), agora a informação que a fábrica parou.
O contato está muito difícil.
Nesse momento só quero a devolução do dinheiro para a compra em outra loja. E isso está sendo negado.
I bought a sofa on 02/27 and I am still today 05/11 with no forecast of delivery.
I already had several divergent information, that the sofa is ready and would not be transported by the pandemic (which is not true), now the information that the factory stopped.
Contact is very difficult.
Right now I just want to return the money for the purchase at another store. And this is being denied.
