DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! DELIVER PRODUCT UNCONFORMALLY, FORCE YOU TO UNDERSTAND THAT YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SET THE STOVE THAT COMES WITH WRONG PIECES, SUGGEST A TECHNICIAN WHO COMES TO MAKE NEW HOLES FOR MOUNTING SCREWS, SUGGEST TO MOUNT WITHOUT THE DOWNTOWN, WHERE TO GO! THEN SEND YOU NEW PIECES, ALSO WRONG! LOTS OF ERROR TIME LOST, I STOP OPENING MY RESTAURANT ON THE EXPECTED DATE PQ DIDN'T HAVE A STOVE !!!
ON SEPTEMBER 10, A NEW ONE CAME, THIS GOT TO BE ASSEMBLED, BUT THE WRONG AND THE WRONG PIECES FOLLOWING MY KITCHEN WITHOUT DATE TO REMOVE! Lousy Company, Poor Service! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL !!!

NUNCA COMPREM DESTA EMPRESA! A PIOR EMPRESA QUE EXISTE NESSE RAMO!!!
Comprei um fogao com eles que me foi entregue em inconformidade, veio errado, desmontado e as pecas nao se encaixavam para a montagem! Liguei na empresa solicitando a troca, me mandaram entao 1 semana depois somente os pés do fogao, que pasmem, veio errado tambem! No dia 10 de setembro veio um novo fogao, este deu para montar e esta em funcionamento, porem o fogao errado e os pes errados a mais, estao desde entao dentro da minha pequena cozinha, onde trabalham 3 pessoas! Atrapalhando o funcionamento da mesma e sob minha custodia sem data pra retirada! Desde dia 10 de setembro to pedindo para retirar e nada!
A funcionaria deles muito mal educada e despreparada, tem o costume de se exaltar e bater o telefone na cara do cliente e o homem que se diz responsavel pela empresa, nao resolve nada, alem de nao atender ligacoes, nao responde tambem via whats app! NAO COMPREM! EMPRESA BEM RUIM, RELAPSA E NAO VISA QUALIDADE EM ASPECTO NENHUM!!!

I bought a stove with them that was delivered to me in nonconformity, it came wrong, disassembled and the parts did not fit for assembly! I called the company asking for the exchange, then I was sent 1 week later only the feet of the stove, which are amazing, came wrong too! On September 10, a new stove came, it was ready to assemble and is in operation, but the wrong stove and the wrong feet, they have been in my small kitchen ever since, where 3 people work! Disrupting the functioning of the same and in my custody without a date for withdrawal! Since September 10, I'm asking to withdraw and nothing!
Their staff is very rude and unprepared, they have the habit of exalting themselves and hitting the phone in the customer's face and the man who says he is responsible for the company, does not solve anything, besides not answering calls, he also does not answer via whats app! DO NOT BUY! BAD BAD COMPANY, RELAPSE AND DOES NOT SEE QUALITY IN ANY ASPECT !!!
