Estou a mais de 3 meses ligando pro suporte quase todo dia, e o problema nunca é resolvido
O atendimento está horrivel, especialmente das atendentes femininas: elas sempre colocam a culpa no cliente, ou dizem que o problema nao pode ser solucionado, elas nao se esforçam para ajudar e na maioria das vezes sao arrogantes
A qualidade da internet está HORRIVEL!!! Não consigo acessar um site, nem fazer um download pequeno
Eu ainda nao cancelei por que tenho um grande carinho pelo dono, mas se continuar assim nao terei outra alternativa
It was already a good provider, but lately it has only disappointed
I've been calling support for almost 3 months almost every day, and the problem is never solved
The service is horrible, especially for female attendants: they always blame the customer, or say that the problem cannot be solved, they do not try to help and are most of the times arrogant
The quality of the internet is HORRIBLE !!! I can't access a website or download it small
I still haven't canceled because I have a great affection for the owner, but if I continue like this I will have no other alternative
