Minha mãe é idosa, não tem experiencia com tecnologia e a instrui que quando fossem instalar o wi-fi dela, que a pessoa fizesse por um favor de me ligar para configurar o whats dela para ligação de video, o rapaz foi lá, ela pediu mais de duas vezes e o rapaz simplesmente disse que nao podia e que o celular dela estava ok.
Poxa, custava fazer uma ligação de video para deixar o celular ok? Era apenas um favor e nada complexo para alguém que já mexe com isso, agora para quem não entende, é uma tremenda dificuldade.
Mais um pouco de empatia por favor, ainda mas em uma cidade que a grande maioria é idoso e não sabe mexer.

Insensitivity of the installer.
My mother is elderly, has no experience with technology and instructs her that when they were going to install her wi-fi, that the person would do it for a favor of calling me to set up her whats for video connection, the boy went there, she asked more than twice and the boy simply said he couldn't and that her cell phone was ok.
Wow, it was hard to make a video call to leave the cell phone ok? It was just a favor and not at all complex for someone who already touches it, now for those who don't understand, it is a tremendous difficulty.
A little more empathy please, but in a city where the vast majority are elderly and do not know how to move.
Unfortunate.
