★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao tem estrutura no atendimento principalmente para SFX. A internet cai o tempo todo e após as 20:00 ao ligar um funcionario que está em sua residência faz o atendimento mas não tem informações e não pode ajudar.Contratei o serviço a poucos dias e já irei tomar minhas providências.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço e atendimento. Aqui em SFX temos interrupções de sinal frequentemente. E o atendimento técnico é só até às 20h.
A empresa é muito ruim e 0800 deles só funciona para o DDD local.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra mim ñ tem como dar nem zero estrela. já estou a um ano pq ñ pude sair antes de um ano. mas de fibra essa internet ñ tem nada. fica caindo toda hora já tô com 3 roteadores espalhados pela casa p ver se o sinal não falha tanto mas ñ tem jeito. Aliás tem jeito sim, vou é me livrar dessa internet. Eles nada fazem melhorar.
For me there is no way to give even zero stars. I am already a year because I could not leave before a year. but this internet has no fiber. it keeps dropping all the time, I already have 3 routers spread around the house to see if the signal doesn't fail so much, but there's no way. In fact there is a way, I will get rid of this internet. They do nothing to improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa é a única provedora de internet para o meu condomínio, acredito que isso seja munição para um péssimo atendimento! Contratei o plano básico de internet, a empresa não faz um agendamento correto, deixam em aberto para o dia todo, falam que o técnico chegaria no dia 25/02 até as 17h, porém ele chegou as 17:30h, não conseguiu realizar a instalação, alegando obstrução na tubulação as 17:35h, deixou um cabo guia e informou que devido a isso meu caso seria prioridade, a construtora resolveu em 15 minutos o então problema alegado pelo técnico, isso no dia 26/02 as 8h da manhã; entrei em contato com a empresa, esperando que eles viessem no mesmo dia ou no máximo agendassem para segunda, já que o técnico garantiu prioridade no dia anterior, porém o funcionário de forma ríspida disse que não existe prioridade no caso e que agendaria para dia 03/03, de novo sem especificarem horário, neste dia teria um compromisso e só poderia receber o técnico até as 16h, entrei em contato com antecedência, dia 02/03, pois já que existia um agendamento para que no dia a instalação fosse feita antes das 17h, porém como o atendimento dessa empresa é ótimo, pensando sempre no bem estar do cliente, eles reagendaram a visita para o dia 04/03, de novo até as 17h. Bom, só estou insistindo nessa empresa, pois, conforme explicitado no início eles são os únicos, estou muito insatisfeita, antes mesmo da instalação!

Well, I'm just insisting on this company, because, as explained at the beginning they are the only ones, I am very dissatisfied, even before the installation!
