As peças demoram a chegar.
Há algum tempo atrás eu consertava nobreak lá, comecei a ter problema e troquei de assistência técnica.
Pelo visto, nesse lapso temporal, não mudou muita coisa.
Só levei porque o equipamento está na garantia.
They take a long time to answer the analysis of the equipment.
The pieces take time to arrive.
Some time ago I repaired a UPS there, started having problems and switched to technical assistance.

I only took it because the equipment is under warranty.

Esperando um nobreak a mais de 18 dias sem resposta, e quando perguntei se tinham algum veredito. Me disseram que o equipamento está em analise.... pra mim isso é kaô de quem esqueceu o equipamento e só agora tem feito algo. Urgência não é com eles
Or they have a lot of service for a few employees, or they have a problem of forgetting to do any analysis.... Waiting for a UPS for more than 18 days without an answer, and when I asked if they had any verdict. I was told that the equipment is being analyzed.... for me this is kaô of someone who forgot the equipment and only now has done something. Urgency is not with them
