★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima loja, eu estava com dúvida se comprava o porcelanato ou não, e a vendedora assegurou que trocava, no dia seguinte comprei e demorou 20 dias para chegar, quando chegou veio o porcelanato na cor cinza, sendo que eu pedi bege, e agora não querem, alegando que não faz troca quando é encomendado, agora vou entrar no Procon e depois com um processo.
Terrible store, I was in doubt whether to buy the porcelain tile or not, and the saleswoman assured that she would change it, the next day I bought it and it took 20 days to arrive, when it arrived the porcelain tile came in gray, and I asked for beige, and now I don't want, claiming that it does not exchange when it is ordered, now I'm going to enter Procon and then with a process.
