★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa, estou a mais de 5 dias sem internet e ficam enrolando para mandar técnico. Falam que ja solicitaram a visita e até agora nada, pra adquirir eles são super atenciosos mais para prestar suporte deixam muito a desejar. Não recomendo pra ninguém.
 Bad company, I am more than 5 days without internet and they are messing around to send technician. They say they have already requested a visit and so far nothing, to purchase they are super attentive more to provide support leave a lot to be desired. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre gostei da interserv, até indiquei varias pessoas, sempre quando ligava vinha resolver o problema, agora ligo e nada mando mensagem no WhatsApp e não mim responde, quando vem responder não tem graça, o atendimento esta ?, uso essa internet a mais de 4 anos, mais estou mim decepcionando com ela. Estou com a internet ruim direto uma hora está boa, e uma boa parte do dia esta ruim.
I always liked the interserv, I even indicated several people, always when I called came to solve the problem, now I call and I don't send a message on WhatsApp and I don't answer, when it comes to reply it's not funny, the service is ?, I use this internet for more than 4 the more years I am disappointing her. I have bad internet right one hour is good, and a good part of the day is bad.

Desde as 20 horas do domingo dia 21/6/20 que estou sem internet, hoje são 23/6/20, já liguei varias, vezes, mandei várias mensagens de whatsapp, infelizmente não recebi atendimento, trabalho home office e estou pagando horrores pelo 4G, empresa sem compromisso, não é a primeira vez que passo um dia inteiro sem internet, meus pagtos em dia, infelizmente o lugar onde moro não há uma internet de empresa regulamentada, fico a mercê da boa vontade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era pra ter a opção de dar estrela negativa!! Antes era boa, agora ta péssima!! Ligar pra central é a mesma coisa que falar com uma parede!! Internet oscila demais e se vc pensa em usar a internet pra jogar, esqueça o ping vai pro espaço e o melhor, a central fica se fazendo de desentendida!! O bom era o pessoal aqui da barra e região se juntar e procurar outra.

Internet fluctuates a lot and if you think about using the internet to play games, forget the ping, go to space and the best thing, the central is making a mistake!!
