I do not recommend them! They are bad at treating customers. They are not at all friendly. They always fail to provide services. And they manage administration of condominiums without having registered in C.R.A.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente administradora de condomínios... Atendimento excepcional aos moradores e suporte total para a gente que é síndico... Tanto na parte operacional quanto na parte financeira e também pessoal... Aqui mesmo em nosso condomínio, a folha de pagamento fica pronta estourando dia 23 de cada mês, não preciso me preocupar em enviar as contas fixas mensais, eles mesmos se encarregam de ir atrás das contas e eles lançam no sistema bancário e eu só autorizo... E ao contrário do que dizem em comentários acima a Administradora tem registro no CRA sim.
