★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assistência técnica péssima, vc fica 48h sem o serviço e não recebe uma resposta satisfatória, sem contar as vezes que suspendem o serviço por falta de pagamento com a conta paga muitos dias antes do vencimento.

Apesar de as vezes ser um pouco demorada a assistência técnica, é raro ter problemas de conexão e eles entregam a velocidade contratada. Faço os testes com frequência e sempre bate os 30mb contratados.
Além disso, tive um problema com a minha fatura uma vez e o problema foi resolvido da forma mais justa possível.
Recomendo pra região de Campos do Jordão!
I hired the 30mb fiber connection and I don't regret it.
Although sometimes it takes a little time for technical assistance, it is rare to have connection problems and they deliver the contracted speed. I do the tests frequently and always beat the hired 30mb.
In addition, I had a problem with my invoice once and the problem was resolved as fairly as possible.
I recommend it for the Campos do Jordão region!
