★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei em consulta com a Dra Claudia em junho, pois gostaria de colocar o diu de cobre.
No dia da consulta a médica me explicou o procedimento e me informou que eu poderia optar por colocar o diu com anestesia local, porém era cobrado um valor a parte. Até aí, tudo bem! Agendei o dia para inserção.
No dia do procedimento ela me fez esperar 1h, sendo que tinha hora marcada, quando finalmente me atendeu ela perguntou se eu queria a anestesia e eu disse que não, iria colocar sem mesmo... Ela ficou insistindo dizendo que eu poderia sentir muita dor, desmaiar etc. Notei que ela ficou incomodada, pq eu não queria pagar pela anestesia. Logo após a inserção ela disse que iria fazer a ultrassom para verificar se estava tudo certo, e não estava! Ela disse que o diu não estava bem posicionado, começou a falar que por meu útero ser retrovertido eu não poderia usá-lo e na mesma hora fez a retirada do diu e insistiu dizendo para eu tentar outro método.
A verdade é que o tempo todo senti má vontade da parte dela, tb notei que por eu não pagar a anestesia tb contribuiu por todo esse péssimo atendimento.
Decidi passar com outro médico para uma segunda opinião e o mesmo foi super atencioso e disse que eu poderia usar o diu sem problema algum, e que o posicionamento do meu útero não impede NADA!
Fiz a colocação com ele e está tudo certo!
Não comendo essa clínica/médica!!!!
I went in consultation with Dr. Claudia in June, as I would like to put the copper diu.
On the day of the consultation, the doctor explained the procedure to me and informed me that I could choose to place the IUD under local anesthesia, but a separate fee was charged. So far, so good! I scheduled the day for insertion.
On the day of the procedure she made me wait 1h, and I had an appointment, when she finally answered me she asked if I wanted anesthesia and I said no, I would put it on ... She kept insisting that I could feel a lot of pain , faint, etc. I noticed that she was annoyed, because I didn't want to pay for the anesthesia. Right after the insertion she said she would do the ultrasound to check if everything was right, and it wasn't! She said that the diu was not well positioned, started to say that because my uterus was retroverted I could not use it and immediately removed the diu and insisted telling me to try another method.
The truth is that the whole time I felt bad will on her part, I also noticed that because I didn't pay for the anesthesia, she also contributed to all this terrible care.
I decided to go with another doctor for a second opinion and he was super attentive and said that I could use IUD without any problem, and that the positioning of my uterus does not prevent ANYTHING!
I did the placement with him and everything is fine!
Not eating this clinic / doctor !!!!
