 I liked the physiotherapists. But I think the space for physical therapy is small for the number of patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A única coisa que "prestou" foi o atendimento com o médico, que é excelente, mas esperei uma manhã toda para ser atendida, recepcionistas mal educadas! Parece até SUS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A equipe médica sim é de qualidade, mas a estrutura da clínica para pessoas com necessidades em fisioterapia e idosos, é horrível.
Mas o atendimento das recepcionistas é de péssima qualidade. São desinformadas, irônicas, lhe atendem com desprezo, como se elas ou família delas nunca na vida fossem adoecer. Enfim é muito triste isso.
Não tenho o que reclamar da equipe de fisioterapia. Graças a Deus, mesmo com a sala sempre cheia fui muito bem atendida.
The medical team is of a high quality, but the structure of the clinic for people with needs in physical therapy and the elderly is horrible.
But the receptionists' service is of poor quality. They are uninformed, ironic, they treat him with contempt, as if they or their family would never in their life fall ill. Anyway, this is very sad.
I have nothing to complain about the physiotherapy team. Thanks to God, even with the room always full I was very well attended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência muito ruim. O atendimento é idêntico ao do SUS! Demorado, com vãos cheios de gente, medicos que demoram uma eternidade pra chamar o paciente. E ainda é caro! Se puder, fuja daqui.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ainda não fui, porque só tem disponibilidade para o médico que preciso em dezembro. Não demorou de atender a ligação e a atendente foi profissionalmente educada e solícita.
I haven't gone yet, because they only have availability for the doctor I need in December. It didn't take long to answer the call and the operator was professionally polite and helpful.
