★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendedores atenciosos, fiz a troca do meu display do Xiaomi note 8 e deram garantia de 30 dias, após 5 dias o celular começou apresentar problema no sensor de ligação e saltar a tela lado esquerdo superior, voltei a loja para reclamar do serviço e pedir uma tratativa para o problema, começaram a colocar um monte de outros defeitos no celular, ou seja, paguei pelo serviço de troca de display e o cel começou apresentar defeito no sensor e descolamento da tela, disseram que o aparelho está empenado, estão querendo colocar outro defeito pra ser pago outro serviço, no momento que eu estava na loja acionando minha garantia outras 2 pessoas retornaram lá com problema no fone comprado.
Não recomendo, dizem que tem garantia de 30 dias mais o cliente chega lá eles querem colocar outro defeito no aparelho dizendo que a garantia não cobre.
Uma falta de respeito com consumidor... Irei atrás do meu direito!
Attentive sellers, I changed my display of the Xiaomi note 8 and gave a 30-day warranty, after 5 days the cell phone started to have a problem with the connection sensor and skipped the screen on the upper left side, I went back to the store to complain about the service and ask for a dealt with for the problem, they started putting a lot of other defects in the cell phone, that is, I paid for the display exchange service and the cell started showing a defect in the sensor and detachment of the screen, they said the device is bent, they want to put another one defect to be paid for another service, at the time I was at the store calling my warranty, 2 other people returned there with a problem with the purchased phone.
I don't recommend it, they say it has a 30-day warranty but the customer gets there they want to put another defect in the device saying that the warranty does not cover.
A lack of respect for consumers ... I will go after my right!
