Uma semana de uso de uma calça tamanho maior que o meu usual e o elástico interno arrebentou, não foi lavada ainda, uma semana da compra. Fui até a loja do Maxi shopping em Jundiai e a criatura que atende por gerente (nesta data por colta das 20hrs deve ter sido treinada em uma cocheira, não tem a menor tratativa com clientes. Ela me falou que somente endereçaria para concerto ou troca se a calça não tivesse sido usada, e que era para eu levar em uma costureira... Verdade... a roupa que se compra lá só serve pra ficar pendurada no guarda roupas. Negligência, falta de educação e desrespeito com os clientes.
Lousy service. Clothes would have everything to be good but the two-piece seams I bought loosened. A week of wearing pants bigger than my usual and the internal elastic has burst, it hasn't been washed yet, a week of purchase. I went to the Maxi shopping store in Jundiai and the creature who works as a manager (on this date, at 8 pm, must have been trained in a carriage house, she has no dealings with customers. She told me that she would only address for a concert or exchange if the pants had not been used, and I was supposed to take them to a seamstress ... Really ... the clothes you buy there only serve to hang in the wardrobe. Neglect, lack of education and disrespect towards customers.
