Excellent company, fulfilled its role of paying employees on time, I recommend this Surveillance company. I worked on it for almost 10 years and never delayed salary, food ticket or transportation voucher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No quesito,pagar em dia, nunca houve problemas. Mas isso é obrigação do dono da empresa. O problema são os postos de serviço e o setor de operações. O maior cliente são as Lojas Americanas,lugar problemático,cheio de gente querendo furtar alguma coisa a todo momento (salvo uma loja ou outra...) Assaltos são frequentes,sempre sobrando um esculacho pro vig é claro! A não ser que você seja conhecido da bandidagem... Rsrs. Clientes chatos,mal educados e funcionários que se sentem nossos "patrões",só porquê somos terceirizados. Com isso,pra ser promovido,só se for "peixe" de alguém lá de dentro,se for policial (absurdo como tomam vaga de vigilante!!!) ou se fizer extra que nem um cavalo!!! Gerente Operacional,não tá nem aí pra equipe (ou parte dela...) E Supervisão só está preocupada em não se comprometer (não resolve nada,pra quem não é "amigo"...) Resumindo,pra primeira experiência até vale a pena,mas não se iluda,porque tem que babar muito ovo pra conseguir algo razoável,que não seja tão desumano como escalas 6x1,em pé! Empresa de pequeno porte.

The biggest customer is Lojas Americanas, a problematic place, full of people wanting to steal something at all times (except for one store or another...) Robbery is frequent, always leaving a scuttle for the vig of course! Unless you are known about the banditry... Lol. Boring customers, rude and employees who feel like our "boss", just because we are outsourced. With that, to be promoted, only if it's a "fish" from someone inside, if it's a police officer (absurd as they take a vacancy as a vigilante!!!) or if you make extra like a horse!!! Operational Manager, he doesn't care about the team (or part of it...) And Supervision is only concerned with not committing (it doesn't solve anything, for those who aren't "friends"...) In short, for the first experience it's even worth the Too bad, but don't be fooled, because you have to drool a lot of egg to get something reasonable, that isn't as inhumane as 6x1 standing scales! Small business.
