★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com a Investlar não foi boa. Fui visitar uma casa no Cruzeiro em CG, fiz uma contraproposta. O corretor me ligou no mesmo dia dizendo que a proprietária a havia aceitado e me pediu que lhe enviasse documentos para reservar o imóvel. Alguns dias depois, dito corretor deixou de me responder no WhatsApp. Hoje descubri o motivo: me disseram que havia outro cliente na frente. Mas como assim? Eu falei que queria o imóvel e não me disseram que haveria alguém na minha frente. Foi muito frustrante!
My experience with Investlar was not good. I went to visit a house in Cruzeiro in CG, I made a counterproposal. The realtor called me the same day saying that the owner had accepted it and asked me to send him documents to reserve the property. A few days later, this broker stopped responding to me on WhatsApp. Today I found out why: I was told there was another customer in front. But how so? I said I wanted the property and they didn't tell me there would be someone in front of me. It was very frustrating!
