One of the worst experiences I've ever had with product contraction. Telephone services have poor service, but IOB's surpasses! can be better than them! There was a lack of respect and honesty with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deviam ter o mínimo de vergonha na cara, um cliente esperar mais de 1h30m no telefone para ser atendido, e com certeza vai passar disso. Pior empresa de consultoria que já vi em todos os anos de escritório. Não renovo contrato jamais.
They should have the least amount of shame on their faces, a customer waiting more than 1:30 am on the phone to be answered, and it will certainly go beyond that. Worst consulting company I have seen in all of my office years. I never renew a contract.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente essa é a pior empresa de consultoria que eu já conheci, além de não nos atender por telefone, ou só de depois de mais de 40 minutos na linha, ainda fazem cobranças indevidas, nunca mais faço negócio com a IOB.
This is really the worst consulting company I have ever met, besides not answering us by phone, or just after more than 40 minutes on the line, they still make improper charges, I never do business with IOB again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tente cancelar o contrato com eles! Missão impossível! Iniciei essa novela em junho/2019. Eles cancelam somente por telefone (que você fica eternamente em espera). Desconsideram as solicitações via site. A alternativa, depois de muitas mensalidades, foi parar de pagar, mas aí eles protestam e causam mais transtorno! Revoltante... Isso é um total desrespeito!
Try to cancel the contract with them! Mission Impossible! I started this soap opera in June / 2019. They cancel only by phone (which you are forever on hold). They disregard requests via the website. The alternative, after many monthly payments, was to stop paying, but then they protest and cause more inconvenience! Disgusting ... This is total disrespect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiencia com esta empresa, já tentei rescindir o contrato várias vezes e fico muito tempo ao telefone esperando atendimento. Quando consegui rescindir o contrato ainda continuaram enviando boleto de cobrança inclusive com ameça de inclusão no SPC SERASA.
Bad experience with this company, I have tried to terminate the contract several times and I spend a lot of time on the phone waiting for service. When I managed to terminate the contract, they still sent a bill of exchange, even with the threat of inclusion in SPC SERASA.

too bad I can't leave it with zero stars... bad service... caused damage to my company... I'm changing the system... system goes down and no one from support can solve it...
