★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei muito decepcionada,com o atendimento do dr Flávio,me prescreveu uma receita ,que fiz os oculos ,que enxergo menos que antes,voltei pra o profissional rever o exame ,e o mesmo ,disse que estava tudo certo e sai da clínica ainda mais decepcionada não acreditando no que estava acontecendo e o mesmo profissional me prescreveu uma receita de óculos para perto,sendo que eu não enxergo de longe ,cara a consulta e nada resolvido,agora vou procurar outro prodissional para refazer os exames, lamentável
I was very disappointed, with the care provided by Dr Flávio, he prescribed me a prescription, I made the glasses, which I see less than before, I went back to the professional to review the exam, and he said that everything was fine and left the clinic even more Disappointed, not believing what was happening and the same professional prescribed me a prescription for glasses close by, and I can't see it from afar, I face the consultation and nothing resolved, now I'm going to look for another professional to redo the exams, regrettable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Acabei de sair sem ser atendida, minha consulta era 09:15 sai 10:15 sem ser atendida!!! Falta de respeito incrível! O motivo? A sala estava sendo usada por outro médico e tinha que esperar ele terminar para o médico que iria me atender usar a sala!!! Absurdo!!!! Detalhe, a recepcionista sabia disso e não me avisou, se eu soubesse teria ido embora antes!!!
Terrible attendance! I just left without being answered, my appointment was 09:15 leaves 10:15 without being answered!!! Incredible lack of respect! The reason? The room was being used by another doctor and I had to wait for him to finish for the doctor who would attend me to use the room!!! Absurd!!!! Detail, the receptionist knew about this and didn't warn me, if I had known I would have left sooner!!!
