★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento dou cliente desta empresa faz anos. E eles agora estão forçando os consumidores a mudar para fibra óptica. Tenho cinco dias sem poder acessar pois estou sem internet. Liguei eles me disseram que eu teria que migrar para a fibra até aí tudo bem já que dá qualidade e melhor mais a falta de descaso dos técnicos me deixaram extremamente aborrecida. Simplesmente o técnico apareceu e disse que eu precisava de um poste para poder migrar disse que iria providenciar mais que queria que fizessem a manutenção da minha rede antiga fui informada que não fazem mais a manutenção somente da fibra.
Procurei a defesa do consumidor que me orientou fiz tudo direitinho e depois de muitas insistências os técnicos vieram e como eu já sabia era o cabo que deveria ser trocado . Final fiquei sem internet os técnicos colocaram mil empecilhos. Contratei outra e agora vou na justiça atrás dos meus direitos. Não recomendo a Íol para ninguém
Terrible customer service for this company for years. And they are now forcing consumers to switch to fiber optics. I have five days without being able to access because I have no internet. I called and they told me that I would have to migrate to fiber, so far so good as it gives quality and better, but the lack of negligence from the technicians made me extremely upset. The technician simply appeared and said that I needed a pole to be able to migrate, he said he would provide more than I wanted them to maintain my old network, I was informed that they no longer only maintain the fiber.
I looked for the consumer defense that guided me I did everything correctly and after many insistences the technicians came and as I already knew it was the cable that had to be replaced. In the end, I had no internet, the technicians put up a thousand obstacles. I hired another one and now I'm going to court for my rights. I don't recommend Íol to anyone
