Atendimento ruim, na verdade, péssimo.
Melhorem os serviços, principalmente com um canal de comunicação com o cliente eficiente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um pouco desfalcada! Até agora a maioria das coisa que eu procurei na loja simplesmente NÃO TINHA em estoque: fone da Beats, carregador original, capas…! A parte de assistência é o que salva, pois são atenciosos e procuram resolver o problema!
A little understaffed! So far most of the things I've looked for in the store just WAS NOT in stock: Beats headphones, original charger, cases…! The assistance part is what saves, as they are attentive and try to solve the problem!

Eles não reproduzem a qualidade de atendimento da Apple.
Fui entregar o iphone 11 zerado do meu irmão que caiu 5% de saúde de bateria em 5 dias e o ATENDENTE querendo me convencer que é normal.
Mesmo assim, insisti e deixei para os técnicos avaliarem.
Os técnicos constataram o problema e segundo eles corrigiram.
Meu irmão foi buscar e mais uma vez o PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO surpreendeu, entregaram o Iphone todo ralado e com marcas que não existiam quando entregamos.
Meu irmão não aceitou, claro. O ATENDENTE PÉSSIMO enrrolou o celular em um papel e JOGOU de volta em baixo da bancada dele.
UMA FALTA DE RESPEITO.
Vou ligar para a APPLE e denunciar
E não vamos aceitar o iphone daquela forma.
IOne vocês não sabem o que é atendimento nível APPLE.

They do not replicate Apple's quality of service.
I went to deliver my brother's iphone 11 reset that dropped 5% of battery health in 5 days and the ATTENDANT wanting to convince me that it's normal.
Even so, I insisted and left it to the technicians to evaluate.
The technicians found the problem and they corrected it.
My brother went to get it and once again the BAD SERVICE surprised, they delivered the iPhone all grated and with brands that didn't exist when we delivered it.
My brother didn't accept it, of course. THE BAD ASSISTANT rolled his cell phone in a piece of paper and THROWED it back under his counter.
A LACK OF RESPECT.
I will call APPLE and report
And we're not going to accept the iphone that way.
IOne you don't know what APPLE level service is.
