★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A iorn não faz mais entrega. E não atendem por agendamento, apenas por ordem de chegada. E poucas cadeiras disponíveis pra aguardar, uma vez que tem mais cadeira isolada do que liberada.
Quero avisar tmb que é a última vez que farei raio X na IORN.
SEMPRE eles dificultam com algo. Uma hora não querem fazer autorização porque não foi feita a receita.
Outra hora nem pedem a receita, usam apenas a requisição padrão.
Agora não queriam autorizar porque destista não solicitou as fotos pra confirmar o raio X. E sequer se esforçaram pra arranjar uma simples caneta preta pra marcar o x na opção das fotos.
Estou avisando a vcs pra vcs ficarem cientes da insatisfação que essa empresa causa e que no futuro vcs possam indicar empresas melhores , que tenham preconizado solucionar problemas e não dificultar procedimentos.

I am warning you to be aware of the dissatisfaction that this company causes and that in the future you can indicate better companies, which have recommended solving problems and not making procedures difficult.

Tive que voltar no dia seguinte, às 7h45 pra ser a 2a a ser atendida.
Sempre muito cheio e com essa pandemia, nada indicado ficar la dentro esperando até chamarem.
Nao gostei muito dos recepcionistas, mal humorados e nada simpáticos.
O atendimento de quem fez o exame, ok, mas da recepção...?

I had to come back the next day, at 7:45 am to be the 2nd to be attended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me desloquei de Extremoz até Petrópolis pois disseram que aceitavam meu plano, quando cheguei lá disseram que aceitam apenas na unidade da Roberto Freire, achei um absurdo e fui na IRO algumas ruas depois (Recomendo)
I moved from Extremoz to Petrópolis because they said they accepted my plan, when I got there they said they only accept at the Roberto Freire unit, I thought it was absurd and went to the IRO a few streets later (I recommend)
