★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou com minha cortadora brother para conserto desde o dia 25/10. Uso o equipamento para trabalho e tive que comprar outra ( PELA bagatela de 2500 REAIS)porque SIMPLESMENTE não devolvem meu equipamento arrumado. Na ultima vez que consegui falar com alguém na assistência disseram que estavam aguardando uma peça e me prometeram para dia 09/12 e ainda nada, . Hoje dia 15/12 nem consigo falar no Local. Simplesmente nao atendem o telefone. PESSIMO ATENDIMENTO.
I have my cutter brother for repair since the 25/10. I use the equipment for work and I had to buy another one (FOR a trifle of 2500 REAIS) because they SIMPLY don't return my equipment tidy. The last time I managed to speak to someone in the assistance they said they were waiting for a play and they promised me for 12/09 and still nothing. Today 12/15 I can't even talk about the place. They just don't answer the phone. TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ levei minha impressora canon lá e para a minha surpresa depois de 10 dias me ligaram dizendo que não havia mais conserto, me perguntaram se eu queria descarta-la e disse que não, ao questionar o atendente disse que não havia mais peças para reparo...fiquei indignado, retirei a impressora e levei no concorrente ali perto e a impressora foi consertada e voltou a funcionar ! falta de profissionalismo e atendimento péssimo ao cliente, não recomendo, nunca mais levo nada lá !
I took my canon printer there and to my surprise after 10 days they called me saying that there was no more repair, they asked me if I wanted to discard it and I said no, when questioning the attendant said there were no more parts for repair.. .I was indignant, I removed the printer and took it to a competitor nearby and the printer was repaired and started working again! lack of professionalism and terrible customer service, I do not recommend, I will never take anything there again!
