★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento e diversidade de opções, porém, o preço nem sempre é o melhor, mas também não é dos mais altos. Possui mais de uma loja na mesma rua. A melhor opção seria a que possui um pequeno estacionamento, inclusive o atendimento lá é melhor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. É a 2ª vez que entro na Ipê Ferragens e o atendimento deixa muito a desejar. Entrei na loja (Rua Paes Leme, 100) no dia 16/03, perguntei se tinham barra de apoio para PNE, o vendedor apenas indicou onde estava o produto, nem sequer levantou da cadeira, e ao invés de me dar a devida atenção, levantou e foi atender outro cliente a quem ele julgou ter mais poder aquisitivo. Saí da loja sem comprar a barra de apoio e fechaduras, no mínimo uns R$ 1.000,00 perdidos pela Ypê Ferragens. Nunca mais voltarei a essa loja.
Terrible attendance. It is the 2nd time that I enter Ipê Ferragens and the service leaves much to be desired. I entered the store (Rua Paes Leme, 100) on 03/16, asked if they had a support bar for PNE, the seller just indicated where the product was, he didn't even get up from his chair, and instead of giving me due attention, got up and went to see another client whom he thought had more purchasing power. I left the store without buying the support bar and locks, at least about R $ 1,000.00 lost by Ypê Ferragens. I'll never go back to that store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento deixa a desejar, entramos na loja, além da demora do atendimento, minha mãe perguntou se alguém poderia atendê-la, um vendedor disse “não sei senhora, estou atendendo um cliente”, poderia no mínimo ter pedido para outro vendedor atender ou ter pedido para aguardar.
Service leaves something to be desired, we went into the store, in addition to the delay in service, my mother asked if someone could serve her, a salesman said “I don't know lady, I'm serving a customer”, she could at least have asked another seller to serve or have request to wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa de entrega extraviou o pedido mas o proprietário providenciou prontamente o reenvio, desta vez pelo correio. O pacote chegou no dia seguinte a remessa. Notei a necessidade de melhoria de alguns processos mas o importante é que no final tudo deu certo. Recomendo pela disponibilidade e gentileza no atendimento. Obrigado!
The delivery company lost the order but the owner promptly arranged for it to be sent again, this time by post. The package arrived the day after the shipment. I noticed the need to improve some processes but the important thing is that in the end everything worked out. I recommend for availability and kindness in service. Thank you!
