★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei uma consulta para o dia 07/08/19 às 10:15. Quando cheguei havia duas pessoas na espera além de mim para serem atendidas pela mesma dentista. Às 10:20 a 1a pessoa foi chamada. Eu desisti do atendimento às 10:30 e só quando questionei a respeito do atraso é que fui informado que houve um suposto atendimento de emergência mais cedo que causou o atraso. Eu tinha entrado em contato por telefone no mesmo dia às 9:35, para confirmar o endereço e não me falaram nada. O pessoal do instituto tem meu número de celular e já tinham inclusive entrado em contato comigo pelo whatsapp no dia anterior para confirmar a consulta. Poderiam ter me avisado e não o fizeram. Sequer recebi um pedido de desculpas. Atrasos acontecem, faz parte de muitas atividades e não é um grande problema geralmente, mas o que me espanta é o total descaso com as pessoas e seus compromissos. Talvez sejam ótimos dentistas (não posso avaliar nesse aspecto), mas infelizmente me prestaram um péssimo serviço. O local em si é agradável, espero que situações como essa não sejam rotina nesse lugar, mas eu não volto para descobrir.
I made an appointment for 07/08/19 at 10:15. When I arrived there were two people waiting besides me to be met by the same dentist. At 10:20 the 1st person was called. I dropped out at 10:30 and only when I asked about the delay was I informed that there was an alleged emergency call earlier that caused the delay. I had contacted by phone the same day at 9:35 to confirm the address and they told me nothing. The institute staff have my mobile number and they had even contacted me on whatsapp the day before to confirm the appointment. They could have warned me and they didn't. I never received an apology. Delays happen, it is part of many activities and not a big problem in general, but what amazes me is the total disregard for people and their commitments. They may be great dentists (I can't judge on that), but unfortunately they did me a terrible service. The place itself is nice, I hope situations like this aren't routine in this place, but I won't be back to find out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Limpeza marcada e confirmada via WhatsApp para o dia 16/12/2020 às 11h e quando cheguei ao edifício o mesmo estava SEM LUZ. Não me ligaram pra informar que não poderiam realizar o procedimento, me deixaram esperando na portaria onde não tem lugar pra sentar e não atenderam nenhum dos telefones quando liguei. Ao subir, fui informada que não realizariam a limpeza no mesmo dia, mesmo que o edifício estivesse com luz, pois eu precisava passar por uma avaliação, coisa que HORA NENHUMA me foi informado quando liguei pra marcar o procedimento. Péssimo lugar.
Cleaning scheduled and confirmed via WhatsApp for 16/12/2020 at 11am and when I arrived at the building it was WITHOUT LIGHT. They did not call me to inform me that they could not perform the procedure, they left me waiting in the lobby where there is no place to sit and they did not answer any of the phones when I called. Upon going up, I was informed that they would not perform the cleaning on the same day, even if the building had light, as I needed to undergo an evaluation, something that NO TIME was informed to me when I called to schedule the procedure. Bad place.
